Well isn’t time flying by!?! We only have three more weeks until we leave Mallaig and head down South to Falmouth to take part in the Falmouth to Greenwich Tall Ships Regatta. It only feels like yesterday that we arrived!!  However, we are all really excited to be heading back to Cornwall and the South coast to catch up with friends and sail from our home port, Falmouth. There are now only a handful of berths still available to sail on Eda in 2014. EDA 2214 26th-29th September and EDA 2314 3rd-6th October. If you are thinking of getting one more fix of sailing in for this summer then have a look at our 2014 schedule before it is too late.

The three of us have been reminiscing about the stunning places we have visited, wildlife that we have seen and people we have sailed with. What a huge amount of amazing memories we will take home with us to Cornwall from our 3 months on the West coast of Scotland. The white sandy beach at Taransay, puffin colonies in the Treshnish Isles,  sea stacks in St Kilda teaming with thousands of gannets and enjoying many a secluded anchorage as the sun sets with a glass of wine and fantastic company,  are but a few of the memories that will stay with us throughout the long winter months.

We are off to enjoy our last few weeks of cruising the Highlands and Islands of the West Coast of Scotland for 2014. If you are already considering what next year’s sailing adventure is going to be then have a look at our 2015 schedule, whether its Cornwall or Scotland there will be plenty of adventures to be had.

We hope you continue to enjoy the summer.

All the best
