Eda Frandsen is renowned for her exceptionally high standard of catering. Jamie and Penny are both enthusiastic cooks and the quality of food on board reflects this. All meals are cooked on board from fresh ingredients which are sourced locally where possible, direct from our crab pots given the right conditions! 3 meals a day are provided along with delicious home baking.
We carry a couple of creels on board which we set at every opportunity. A haul of fresh crabs or even a lobster can add a new dimension to the day!
Our menu varies according to the seasons and according to the weather conditions on the day. There is always plenty of food to eat and you can help yourself at any time to our abundant fruit basket. We regret, however, that in order to maximise the sailing opportunities we cannot accommodate individual diets. Our menu routinely includes meat and fish. We can, if necessary, accommodate fish eating vegetarians. This must be specified in advance on your booking form.
